Key Findings
BIPOC leaders in grassroots and community-based organizations demonstrate remarkable resilience despite systemic inequities. These leaders’ lived experiences and perspectives are critical to developing solutions that address systemic barriers and injustices, fostering greater trust and participation within their communities.
To enable thriving, supportive conditions must be established at the various levels, including the individual, organizational, and community levels.
