ProInspire provides Fellows a robust professional development program to support the Fellows transition into the social sector and long-term career growth.
Fellowship Professional Development Objectives
The objectives of the Fellowship professional development are to help Fellows:
- Effectively transition to the social sector
- Excel in their roles
- Build competencies that are valuable in the social sector
- Learn and explore career paths
- Develop as social sector leaders
- Establish a network that will support their professional growth
Activities
Professional development takes place through five key activities:
- Training: Fellows participate in leadership development workshops
- Coaching: Fellows may work with an alumni coach during the year
- Mentors: Fellows access ProInspire’s network for mentorship
- Leadership: Fellows take leadership roles in developing the ProInspire community and program
- Feedback: ProInspire gathers feedback from Fellows and their managers

- Learning Session: Role of Boards
