Tonia Kallon

Tonia Kallon is a 2019 graduate of the ProInspire Leadership Institute.  As a content writer, talent development consultant, and employer brand marketer, the common thread in all her work has been to create meaningful connections through engagement, strategy, and storytelling.  For Tonia, it’s not merely about the how of a given situation, it’s about human experience and the stories that emerge.  With more than 10 years in the nonprofit sector, Tonia is passionate about positioning individuals and organizations to tell their authentic story and leverage their strengths for impact.  When not focused on talent development and branding, Tonia enjoys creative writing, promoting healthy living, reading, and trying many plant-based recipes.  

Tonia has a bachelor’s degree in mass communication, with a specialization in public relations, from Towson University and a master’s degree in education and human development, with a specialization in organizational leadership and learning, from The George Washington University.  She is a certified human resource practitioner (Society of Human Resource Management) and a certified social media specialist (HubSpot).  A fun fact about Tonia: she has formal training in several styles of acting, including improv and voiceover.
