My name is Tishonda Jones and I worked as a Assistant Director of Financial Aid/Financial Aid Counselor for 17 years before I realized I wanted to do work that made a difference for my community. I ventured into nonprofit work and have made it my mission too help equip members of my community to break the cycle of poverty. My role now as a Career Coach Supervisor not only allows me to work closely with members of my community but also now work for and with and organization that is alligned with my core values.
