
Talia Hullum
Talia Hullum is the Partnership Coordinator at Turning the Page an education non-profit committed to building family engagement capacity in D.C. Public Schools. She supports the growth of family engagement practices at three of Turning the Page’s partner schools. She brings a wealth of experience in mentoring programs, community development programming, and research in Health and Human Services and Education Policy. She obtained her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Community Organizing and Public Policy at the University of Pittsburgh in 2013, after which she completed a year of English language instruction in China and received her Master’s in International Studies with a concentration in Education Development from Concordia University. She graduated from Westminster College in 2011 with a BA in History and a minor in Secondary Education.
