Tahira Christmon

Cause Marketing Strategist, Goodwill Industries

Tahira Christmon is the cause marketing strategist at Goodwill Industries International, a social enterprise that provides job training to nearly ten million people a year through the sale of donated clothing and household goods. In her role she supports national cause partnership initiatives by developing content and creative concepts for various national programs while providing project coordination for new and ongoing cause related initiatives.

Over the past few years, Tahira has been pleased to work with philanthropic and government agencies such as the Walmart Foundation, Sony, Bon Ton, IRS, United Way, Keep America Beautiful, Department of Veteran Affairs and the National Disability Institute, to name a few.

Prior to joining Goodwill, Tahira was an award-winning local television news reporter covering Maryland politics, education and general news reporting.
