Ruth LaToison Ifill

Veterans and Military Families Program Manager, Goodwill Industries International

Ruth La Toison Ifill is the Veterans and Military Families Program Manager for Goodwill Industries International (GII). Ifill leads GII’s efforts to reskill and retrain veterans to put them back to work quickly with the sustainability of supporting their families. Ruth manages GII’s national relationships with veteran centric organizations and equips local Goodwills to provide a high standard of service through a focus on wraparound services and community partnerships. Before coming to GII, Ruth managed programs for a local nonprofit serving inner city youth in Washington, D.C. While service to the community is Ruth’s lifelong passion, as a military spouse, her vestment in the work to serve veterans and military families is great. Ifill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University.
