Roy Guaranton

Roy has served as District Homeless Liaison for the Union Public School District in Tulsa, OK, and served as a charter staff member and Program Director for Heart Haven Outreach in Bolingbrook, IL. During the previous ten years, he has excelled in several youth development nonprofit organizations throughout Minneapolis, Chicago and Oklahoma City. He has extensive experience working with alternative schools, mental health, probation, foster youth and advocacy at the local and state levels. He currently serves as a Commissioner for the Juvenile Justice Commission of the city of San Francisco. Roy has a B.A in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University and is pursuing a M.A in Higher Education and Student Affairs from USF.
