Raffie Parke

Business Systems Manager, Community Wealth Partners

Raffie completed the ProInspire Fellowship in the 2015 DC cohort. Today, she serves on the operations team at Community Wealth Partners, a consulting firm that provides strategy and capacity building services to nonprofits and foundations. As the firm’s first Business Systems Manager, she likes to say she helps people, processes and tools work together more effectively. Specifically, she leads cross-functional teams to design, implement and refine systems advancing knowledge management, business development, project management, and organizational performance reporting. In her time at the firm, she has also served as Data Analytics Manager and Associate. Previously, as a senior analyst with Kantar Consulting, she advised leading CPG manufacturers on shopper marketing strategy by designing and executing mixed-methods research studies.

Outside of work, Raffie is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Social Impact at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She received her BA in Psychology and minor in French from Middlebury College.
