Pamela L. Johnson is an army veteran, wife, and workforce development professional with over 6 years of experience in social enterprise development and strategic consulting. Her work consists of corporate and faith base initiatives where she has managed federal and state level programming. Currently, Pamela serves as the Senior Program Specialist for Goodwill Industries International Veteran and Military Families Portfolio. Her 6 years of experience are entrenched in training programs, grants management, compliance monitoring, and systems development. Her work includes Pay- for -Performance and Cost Reimbursement Models replicated throughout five states and 10 cities: California, North Carolina, Texas and Washington. In her work she increased employment, placement, skills attainment and retention services for veterans and military families programs managed; documented effective practices and effectively shared with 162 members Goodwill’s organizations across the nation. Today, Pamela volunteers for several causes that focus on veterans, education and women. Pamela is committed to investing her talents and expertise to effect positive social change around the globe.
