Monique M. Wiley-Crawford is a Human Relations Specialist with extensive experience in candidate coaching, training, and job placement. Throughout her career, Monique has built long-term partnerships with both large and medium-sized companies creating employment opportunities for career-ready candidates. Monique has held the following positions: Account Manager, Career Blazers; Direct Hire Recruiter, Spherion Corporation; Lead Workforce Specialist, Linden Resources; Career Coordinator, Career Technical Institute; and Career and Alumni Specialist, Year Up. In 1992, Monique began her career in Information Technology and progressed to a Business Consultant with the Kraft Foods Oscar Mayer Division located in Madison, WI. After 8 years with Kraft Foods, she relocated to the DC area and found her passion working with and serving people! Monique is a native of Grambling, LA and holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Grambling State University.
