She has worked in nonprofit and academic organizations for over 12 years.  Whether she is driving authentic cultural change; building departments, processes and systems; or working with leaders to integrate principles of research and evaluation into practice, Megan excels at guiding people and organizations.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys running, baking cakes and traveling the world with her husband and son.
