Matt Sjoholm

Associate, Third Sector Capital Partners

Matt completed the ProInspire Fellowship program in the 2016 San Francisco Bay Area cohort.  As an Associate at Third Sector Capital Partners, Matt supports Pay for Success advisory engagements to help local governments pursue results-oriented contracts to fund social services. He is also responsible for leading knowledge management, talent development, and other business process improvement initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Third Sector, Matt participated in Cigna’s Operations Leadership Program where he provided strategic and tactical support to help launch an experience design organization, managed a team of 18, and oversaw the recruitment efforts for the program. Before Cigna, Matt worked for an international human rights organization based in Lima, Peru. During his time in Peru, Matt evaluated opportunities for cross-sector collaboration around the topics of environmental conservation and indigenous land rights. Matt graduated from Covenant College with a B.A in Community and Economic Development and currently lives in San Francisco with his wife, Ivy.
