Mary Silvia

Regional Program Manager, SeriousFun Children’s Network

Mary is the Regional Program Manager for Asia at SeriousFun Children’s Network, a global network of non-profit camp organizations and programs serving children living with serious illness. She is responsible for in-the-field and remote capacity building and training of local teams to deliver an intentionally-designed youth program focused on life skills, social connectedness, and resilience. In her four years at SeriousFun, she has supported a diverse range of functions from grants management to procedure development, and conference planning. She is interested in social enterprise and cross-sector collaboration related to youth, health & wellness, and thrives in a collaborative working environment. Mary is a native of the Boston area and has a B.S. in Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Hartford. An advocate for positive youth development and a promoter of active living, she is also an avid runner, traveler, coffee-drinker, and foodie.
