Mariela Puentes

Extended Programs Coordinator, Mundo Verde PCS

Mariela, Extended Programs Coordinator at Mundo Verde Public Charter School, has been working in education both at schools and in non-profits since 2012. Prior to joining the Mundo Verde team, she managed a middle school enrichment program for an educational nonprofit in New York City. While at Boston College, Mariela was a Donovan Scholar with a primary focus on urban teaching. She holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College and a B.A. in Educational Psychology from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania.
