Keyona Lazenby

Keyona Lazenby is the Antioch Site Manager for Rubicon Programs, Inc.  In this role, she oversees three Economic Empowerment Re-entry Programs that serves formerly incarcerated individuals. These programs offer services that include job readiness assistance, employment training, financial literacy education, and housing support. She supervises a staff of five, creates strategic partnerships, develop programs, and provide quality assurance for funders.  Keyona has worked in the Re-entry field for the past 14 years.  Previously, she co-led a non-profit based in Miami, FL. She continues to design Re-entry curricula that incorporate Cognitive Based Therapy.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Arts in Social Transformation at Graduate Theological Union/Pacific School of Religion.
