Elizabeth Jimenez
FHI 360, Analyst
Elizabeth Jimenez is a ProInspire Fellow at FHI 360, a global human development organization utilizing a 360-degree perspective and an integrated approach in addressing complex human development needs. At FHI 360, Elizabeth is involved in analyses of FHI 360’s business model and approaches, and supports the global implementation of the organization’s processes across and within sectors (global education, health, and social and economic development) and geographies. Elizabeth graduated from Williams College with a double major in Arabic Studies and Political Science. Upon graduation, Elizabeth worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a management consultant in the Washington, D.C. offices. She worked with federal government clients as they implemented large-scale policies, ranging from the Affordable Care Act, with the Department of Health and Human Services, to the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act with the Internal Revenue Service. Her work revolved around systems implementation, data management and analysis, and policy interpretation. At Booz Allen, Elizabeth, as part of two award-winning teams, gained recognition for an innovative employee retention concept and a successful operational fiscal year for an employee affinity group. Prior to joining ProInspire, Elizabeth cultivated a pro bono partnership with an educational non-profit organization in New York City that works to increase college-access for groups that are traditionally under-represented. She has international experience in the Middle East and Latin America, especially in research topics regarding the human effects of political changes. Her passions include learning languages, trying new recipes and exploring everything.
