Dhani (Dyah) Ramadhani

Strategy & Innovation Analyst Fellow, FHI360

Dhani Ramadhani is a Strategy and Innovation Analyst Fellow at FHI360. In her role, Dhani supports FHI360’s impact investing corporate strategy and innovation agenda. She started her career at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies on their business strategy and operational improvements. She then served as an Associate Director in the Office of the President of Indonesia, specifically in the Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4) on the field of education and the Open Government Partnership. She has also helped the HeForShe team to execute innovative fundraising efforts for UN Women and, as a Philanthropy Advisory Fellow, advised the Asia Philanthropy Circle on a new $10M fund to reduce stunting in SE Asia. She is passionate about providing equal opportunity for youth, specifically bridging the gap between education and employment, and bringing agile innovation management into government and philanthropy. Dhani holds a Masters of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in International Relations from the University of Indonesia. Outside of work, Dhani enjoys a variety of forms of dancing from traditional Indonesian dances to Zumba, visits to historic sites, and tasting various teas from around the globe.
