Christina Gilyutin

Christina is the Director of Talent Management at REDF where she oversees all external, “field-building” leadership development programs.  This includes the Farber Program, a highly competitive leadership initiative for MBA students and mid-career professionals with a passion for social change. She also oversees all alumni engagement initiatives which is particularly critical as REDF seeks to expand its reach beyond California into multiple geographies around the country.  Christina has a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and a dual MBA/MS in Natural Resources & Environment from the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise. She’s an avid cyclist, snowboarder and recycler who also enjoys stand-up comedy and acrobatics.
