Cathy Maher

Associate, GlobalGiving

Cathy Maher is an Associate at GlobalGiving, a non-profit that connects donors with projects and organizations that educate children, feed the hungry, build houses, train women (and men) with job skills, and do hundreds of other amazing things around the world. She works as part of the Partner Services Team to guide organizations through GlobalGiving’s application and due diligence processes. She is a city kid at heart, having grown up in Hong Kong and Toronto, Canada. Before joining GlobalGiving, Cathy worked for the Government of Canada as a foreign service immigration officer and a border security analyst. She has a M.A in Public Administration and International Development from Carleton University in Canada, and a B.A. in Government and International Relations from Cornell University.
