Carla Mike

Carla Mike is the Coordinator for School Partnerships in the Office of Family and Public Engagement at DC Public Schools.  As the leader of the newly launched School Partnership Fellows Program, she is responsible for supporting senior level school staff as they build new practices to align external partners with shared goals around student success. She also develops and executes district-wide tools and strategies to accelerate partnership impact on DCPS priorities across Central Office. Previous to DCPS, Carla led family engagement efforts across several DC public schools with the education non-profit, Turning the Page. Carla graduated with a Master’s in Education Policy & Management from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. She received her BA from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
