Andria Seneviratne
City First Enterprises
At City First Enterprises, Andria leads the Metropolitan Washington Community Wealth Building Initiative, an effort to shift procurement spending of anchor institutions (hospitals, universities and local government) to build stronger, sustainable communities in the region. The initiative aims to increase capital in local regional economies by incubating and supporting green, wealth building businesses that provide anchors with needed products and services. As a 2013 ProInspire Fellow at City First Enterprises, Andria was responsible for analyzing impact investing policies, conducting market research, assembling a business plan and launching a mission driven lending platform that will increase capital for communities in need. Previously, Andria worked in Deloitte’s Advisory practice where she advised clients on identifying, managing, and mitigating critical governance and regulatory risks by enhancing the integrity of control systems, processes, and technologies throughout the enterprise. Andria is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, with a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
