Katie Perri
National 4-H Council, Operations Analyst
Katie Perri is a ProInspire Fellow at the National 4-H Council, the largest positive youth development organization in the US focusing on leadership, mentorship, and empowering youth to give back to their local communities. As an Operations Analyst at 4-H, Katie is responsible for evaluating organizational processes, codifying them and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency through enhanced technology platforms. Prior to joining 4-H, Katie spent three years at Mercer Consulting in their Newport Beach, CA office. As an analyst in the Health and Benefits practice, Katie was responsible for managing client relationships across several different industries, leveraging partnerships with Health Care Insurance companies on behalf of her clients, and conducting Health Care Reform financial impact modeling. Katie has been an active member of USC Troy Camp since 2005, serving as both a youth mentor and the Director of Finance for the Executive Board. Katie graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
