Natalie Sherman

Compass Family Services, Systems Administrator

Natalie is a ProInspire Fellow at Compass Family Services, a Bay-area nonprofit organization that helps homeless families achieve self-sufficiency through housing stability, career development and family wellbeing. As Compass’ Systems Administrator, Natalie is managing the implementation of a best-in class database, integrating client support efforts of the agency’s seven unique programs. Before joining Compass, Natalie worked as a Web Content Developer and Digital Media Consultant for the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She began her career as a Research Associate with Egon Zehnder, an international executive recruiting firm. Natalie holds a particular interest in poverty alleviation through community economic development, and in 2012 she served as a Kiva Fellow in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Natalie earned an MPA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a BA in French and International Business from Georgia State University.
