Joel St. Julien
Joel oversees operations and programming for young people ages 17-24 in New Door Ventures Switch Program which provides employment and job trainings at New Doors two social enterprises, Ashbury Images and Pedal Revolution. He brings more than 13 years of non-profit experience, 5 of which has been at New Door Ventures. Joel has worked in case management with both adults and children with severe mental illnesses. Prior to his tenure at New Door, Joel spent 4 years working with foster care youth at Edgewood Center for Children also serving as the Cultural Diversity Trainer for new hires and staff. Joel received his B.A. in both Sociology and Urban Studies at Eastern University. In addition to his passion for working with people, Joel is also an accomplished composer.
