Haley Mosseau

Haley has seven years of experience in data management, research, and policy work in the non-profit social services sector. As Director of Research and Evaluation at Larkin Street Youth Services, she provides department and agency-wide leadership related to program evaluation, performance management, data management and reporting systems, knowledge dissemination, and policy and advocacy. Prior joining Larkin Street in 2012, she worked with British Columbia Non-Profit Housing Association in Vancouver to support and develop research projects, advocacy initiatives, and strategic partnerships in support of the affordable housing sector.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography and Masters Degree in Community and Regional Planning, both from the University of British Columbia.
