Anna Kelleher

Anna Kelleher is Deputy Director of Economic Empowerment in Northern Alameda County with Rubicon Programs Inc. Prior to moving into her current role, Anna managed Rubicon’s integrated services program (formerly HUD Berkeley). Anna has a decade of experience working in employment and workforce services with diverse programs and agencies in the Bay Area, including the County of Marin’s CalWorks and General Assistance Division, the Sunrise Village Homeless Shelter in Fremont through Abode Services, and Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin Counties.  Prior to her career in management, Anna worked in the County Jail in San Francisco preparing women transitioning from incarceration back into their communities, and she remains a long-time volunteer and Victim Impact Speaker for Resolve to Stop the Violence Project (RSVP) through the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department. Anna is a credentialed Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), is a new lecturer for San Francisco State University for their undergraduate social work program and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Administration and Planning from San Francisco State University.
