Emily Rodegast

Human Resources Manager, Capital City Public Charter School

Emily Rodegast is the Human Resources Manager for Capital City Public Charter School, where she serves a staff of over 250 teachers and administrators. For the past year, she has also managed the responsibilities of the school’s Business Department. Prior to her current role, Emily was the Business Associate for Capital City. Previously, Emily worked for a small community based non-profit organization that serves the DC community with an emphasis on teaching STEM education to local youth through sailing. Originally from Massachusetts, Emily studied English and Fine Arts at the George Washington University and has called DC home ever since.
