Matthew Vile

Dr. Matthew A. Vile is currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Goodwill Industries International, Inc..  In addition to leading the department to meet its strategic goals, Matt is primarily responsible for authoring and managing internal and external surveys as well as consulting on major research projects, maintaining data archives and authoring research reports to help increase understanding of Goodwill practices and outcomes.  Matt has over 15 years of experience in survey research, data analysis and performance evaluation.  His work has focused on a variety of issues including public opinion, racial attitudes, and policy analysis.  Dr. Vile has a BA in Mass Communications from the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago, IL and his MA and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of New Orleans.  He was in born in New Orleans, LA.
