Sonovia Wint
Consultant, Achieve Mission
Sonovia completed the ProInspire Fellowship program in the 2016 D.C. cohort. She currently works at AchieveMission, a nonprofit consulting firm committed to increasing the impact of organizations through talent management and leadership development. In the fall of 2018, Sonovia will be headed to Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she looks forward to rounding out her social sector experience with business expertise. Prior to AchieveMission, she worked at FHI 360 on their corporate strategy and innovation team and before that, she served as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton supporting various federal and nonprofit clients. During her time at Booz Allen, Sonovia embarked on a 6-month pro-bono consulting project in Guatemala supporting Maya Traditions Foundation, a social enterprise dedicated to increase global market access for Maya women artisans. Sonovia has a Bachelor’s degree in International Health from Georgetown University and credits her major with cultivating her interest in the social sector. For leisure, she loves to get lost traveling, cook for loved ones, and read for hours on end.
