Social Impact Fellowships: Building Talent in the Social Sector
Increasingly, fellowship programs are emerging to address gaps in how the social impact sector recruits and develops talent. Yet, despite rapid growth in the number of social impact fellowship programs, little data exists about this evolving field. In 2014, ProInspire conducted a survey and analysis of fellowship programs to develop a framework for understanding different fellowship models and to gather the first benchmarking dataset in the field. The resources below summarize our findings and present opportunities and next steps for the fellowships industry.
